RideMitra connects you directly with verified local cab owners. You see the vehicle and the owner's rates, make your own offer, and agree the fare before you travel.

For customers

1. Find your cabSearch by city, area and vehicle type.
2. Make your offerChoose the fare you are comfortable with and send an inquiry.
3. Talk & agreeThe owner accepts or counters; chat in the app until you agree.
4. RideConfirm the booking and travel with the details saved in your account.

For cab owners

1. Create an owner accountRegister as a cab owner with your mobile number or email.
2. Complete KYCSubmit your Aadhaar and driving licence documents for verification.
3. List your vehiclesAdd each cab with its photo, area and hourly, daily and weekly rates.
4. Get inquiriesAccept, counter or reject offers, chat with customers and manage bookings.

Safety

Every owner completes KYC and every vehicle is reviewed before it is listed. Contact details are shared only after a booking is confirmed. You can block or report any user from the conversation, and payment is arranged directly with the owner — agree the fare and any advance in the chat. In an emergency, call 112.
