Sign in on the RideMitra website, open My profile, choose Delete my account, and enter your password. Your profile, uploaded KYC documents, vehicles, inquiries and messages are removed. Existing bookings are retained only as anonymized records for the other party.
If you cannot sign in, request deletion through support@myridemitra.in. Do not email identity documents or passwords.
